Our lead mediators are Kate Montgomery and Yvonne Allen, who are both registered with the Family Mediation Council.
Our mediation and MIAM meetings are all usually held via Zoom We have clients from all over Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Where appropriate, we can in some circumstances offer shuttle mediation (where each party meets with the mediator but not the other party) and we offer help through the Family Mediation Voucher Scheme.
We no longer offer Legal Aid for mediation.
